Reservation for

 

• Each confirmed reservation must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation and.

All prices are per room/studio/apartment per night and include:

• Overnight in a single, double or triple room.
• Rent an apartment or studio per night.
• Insurance.
• Tax.
• Swimming pool, sunbeds and parasols.
• Wi-Fi.
• Prices are final and are in leva (BGN) for the Bulgarian version of the site or in euros (EUR) for the English version of the site.

Not included:

• Additional hotel services.
• Parking - 15 lev per day (stated in advance and payable locally)

to 15:06 and after 11:09 the parking is free.

• Baby cot - 6.00lv per day (payable on-site).

How to make a reservation:

• Choose a room.
• Select button Send reservation.
• Fill the reservation form.
• Wait for the email with the link from the administrator for a confirmed price.
• If you pay with a bank card:
  - A payment page of our servicing bank opens, where you enter your card details
  - If you are registered for the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, an authentication page of your card issuer opens, where you type your authentication password or code.
  - If the transaction is successful (received authorization), a transaction receipt is displayed onscreen, which you print or save.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations must be made 7 days before arrival.
• A cancellation fee of 1 night is made for cancellations from 7-3 days before arrival.
• Cancellations 3-0 days prior to arrival due to a penalty of 2 nights. 
• No arrival - a penalty of 3 nights.

If necessary, a return of paid card amounts contracted and carried out by our services, this will be done by us through a credit transaction card that payment is made.

Policy changes:

• In case of change of stay written notification is required by e-mail. The hotel sends written confirmation when the change was made.

In order to guard you against fraud during payment with your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply best practices recommended by the international card organizations:

• The     security during entry and transport of card data is provided by the     use of an SSL protocol for the encryption of the connection between our     server and the payment server of our servicing bank;         

• The     authenticity of your card is checked by the verification of the card     verification value (CVV2);    

• Also, for your identification as the authentic cardholder, the     payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication     schemes of the international card organizations – “Verified by     Visa” and “MasterCard SecureCode”, in case you are registered     to use them;       

Accepted credit cards:

• MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY. Payments are made in local currency BGN (1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN).

• The transaction currency for card payments is Bulgarian Lev (BGN). If there are prices on the site in other currencies, in addition to Bulgarian Lev, these are for informational purposes only and may not be exactly equal to the billed amount on your card account in the same currency.

   

Time of accommodation:

• From 14.00 to 24.00h.
• In case of delay after midnight, please contact the hotel at the coordinates.
• In case of no arrival, the booking is automatically cancelled and not transferred to the next day.
